We are working with an exciting boutique specialist recruitment company based in the heart of London who work in the international financial technology and IT markets. They are looking to take on a graduate for a February start.
They are looking to hire a recent, articulate graduate into one of their very successful and close-knit teams, who cover the infrastructure markets.
Global markets – You will get to work with exciting tech companies in America, Amsterdam, Germany, Spain, France and the Netherlands to name a few.
Covid safe industry – They made no redundancies during Covid and actually made a graduate hire during the first and second lockdown, who was remotely onboarded.
You will join the company as a trainee recruitment consultant, and immediately start on a week intensive training course to give you the basic recruitment skills and industry knowledge you need to hit the ground running. Afterwards, you will working very closely with the team leader and find candidates for their roles and looking to identify your own specialist area and start business development (calling companies and winning business).
Training – After the week intensive training course led by the director of the company and the dedicated internal trainer, you will received constant training from the trainer and your team leader while shadowing them.
Grad focused – The team you will be joining is made up of people who entered the company as trainee graduates so will give you time to mature into the role.
International travel – opportunities to travel abroad to meet clients and see their companies (subject to Covid).
Autonomous working environment – They will trust you to get the job done and won’t try to force you into a market you aren’t interested in. You will choose what area you want to specialise in.
Money and progression – You will start on £22K and will quickly progress into a full consultant role and earn basic increases along the way. On their competitive commission structure you will be earning 30K+ in your first year and 70K by your third (including basic increases). This will require a lot of hard work but you can reap the rewards.
Incentives – Really social grad environment with trips abroad – last year they went to Lisbon. Quarterly parties, Christmas party, paid lunches out in London, gym membership, discounts with retail companies and other regular incentives to work towards.
Recent graduate with a good degree background, 2:1 equivalent degree or above.
Able to work in the London area.
