Learn how to use the company database to run searches and update profiles
Source and select the best candidates from internal and external databases
Conduct telephone interviews, qualify suitability and market positions
Gain specialist knowledge about your sector
Market jobs to our database candidates
Conduct market research
Training and personal development really is continuous. After roughly 9 -12 months, you will be promoted into the role of consultant where you will begin to build your own market, including:
Business development to win new clients
Visiting key clients (when safe)
Working with resourcers to generate an exceptional shortlist of graduates
Preparing and coaching candidates to maximise their chances of success
Managing the interview feedback process and ultimately making and closing job offers
Recruitment is a challenging industry, requiring real resilience, but the rewards are fantastic for ambitious and driven people who want to climb the ladder. The starting salary for this position is £20,500 plus commission, and by year 3 you should be taking home 40K+. There are transparent opportunities to progress to senior and management consultants, and our sales directors all started out as resourcers!
