With these members, you will have to build strong relationships and be their first point of call with any queries or problems – utilising strong objection handling skills to overcome these.
Your role will involve working cross-functionally with other account management teams as well as analytical teams to make sure the needs of the customer are met.
Excellent telephone manner, with ideally some telephone experience.
