This boundary pushing, forward thinking organisation is onto the next phase of their journey, they’re pushing past ‘start up’ and into ‘scale up. With this in mind, they are looking to bolster their current team with the hiring of three graduate client services executives.
Your role with this organisation will focus around three core areas:
User experience; you will contribute to improving the user experience of members through analysis, research and then working with the product team to implement the appropriate improvements
Idea generation and product development; linked with the above you’d generate new ideas, test effectiveness and work with the product team
Role management (not-for-profit); you will work directly with not for profit clients who will benefit from the platform but don’t have access to the same budgets as leading corporations
Excellent research and organisational skills
Passion for learning and ability to quickly pick up new computer systems and platforms
Independence and initiative when working on solo projects but also a team player
Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
Appetite for problem solving
On track to graduate from a leading university
Competitive salary of £30K + a performance based bonus of up to £2.5K
