Role – Field Sales Executive
Territory – Essex (outside the M25)
Start date – ASAP
You will be responsible for managing all sales and customer care activities within your territory, which has 100+ dental practices and sales revenues of £1m annually:
Speaking regularly to all to customers over the phone, video and in person (when safe to do so)
Understanding customer needs to solution sell own products (consumables such as PPE, gloves, aligners, whitening agents etc.)
Looking for cross selling opportunities to bring in other sales specialists in software, machinery, recruitment services etc.
Overall goal is to increase the sales value of your patch year on year
Training includes inductions on products and services lines, values and ethics, peer-to-peer collaboration and use of Gartner Challenger Sales training courses
Progression opportunities are endless as opportunities open horizontally in other departments or vertically up the ladder
The salary is £25-25K depending on relevant experience, with annual bonus of up to £5K and commission and a company car. There are sales professionals earning between £60-270K in the UK.
Degree educated. Open on subject however life sciences and dentistry are welcome
Valid UK driving license
A fantastic listener, relationship builder not afraid to ask questions
Ability to analyse data and identify potential business solutions for customers based on customer values and ambitions
